Yusuke didn't beat Sensui it was his body. When Yusuke came back from the dead after getting killed in the Cave. He still wasnt strong enough to kill Sensui. His Ancestor steped in and possessed him then the mutalation of Shinobu began. After words Itsuki told them of the Disease that Shinobu had and then they went to some Darkness Dimension so he could keep Sensui's soul.

Kuwa stops fighting cause he was still in HS and only reason he stayed cause yusuke told him to...this was really something Yusuke wanted to do for himself jsut to find out who he was
