The best had to be first apperance Heiei. He was cold, quick and violent. He just didn't anticipate Yuske's abilities. Otherwise, totally the best.

Umm... ya know what, I don't know. Yoshihiro Togashi does such a good job of making us hate the villians and then he makes us feel bad for 'em. I'll say creepy goes to Elder Toguro though. As for scary molester, that title goes to Karasu. I think Yomi may be my fav since I feel bad for him, but Mukuro is cool too. Oh but Itsuki had such nice hair! Ano... I'm not getting anywhere.
