After a long and busy highatus I've finaly got arround to writting my second anime review for GRX's Anime Corner. This installment reviews Midory Days.
Midori Days is a story about "Mad Dog" Seiji Sawamura, a rough and tough, take all commers fighter who protects those close to him. He uses his "Demon Right Hand", to beat his foes. It should be noted that Seiji's right hand can punch through brick walls and break apart concrete... Ok, not really but you get the point. He's strong... So strong that all the girls, and the guys, are affraid of him. Becuase of this, Seiji couldn't get a date to save his life. All he really wants is a girlfriend.
Midori Days is also a story about Midori, a young, shy high school freshman who has secretly been in love with Seji since middle school. Midori would watch Seiji from afar and even tried to confess to him several times. However each time she ended up tensing up and doing nothing.
Then one day Seiji wakes up to find that his "Demon Right Hand" has turned into a girl... Midori. Hense the title of the first episode: My Right Hand Girlfriend.
Personaly, I loved every minute of this series. It's funny, perverted, and no one ends up cheating on anyone else. A good love story in my books.
If you like to laugh at wacky characters, perverted yet funny situations or just like to see a good, unique love story then this anime is for you.
