I remember back in the day when I found out about Gundam Wing.:D I thought it was so cool. I started watching the episodes and I was really into it. I guess I could even call it my inspiration that led me to start drawing. :sdrop3:

Now this "sorta" new series, Gundam Seed has been out.. I hear it's also quite as popular as Gundam Wing.. I've seen an episode or two but I don't think I'm as addicted to it as Gundam Wing.. I think it's the art style for me :meh:

I'll say neither. I'm not a huge fan of GW anymore and I've never been a fan of GS so neither are appealing in my eyes. Now if you had a UC series up there that'd be a different story.

GS is only good when I'm bored out of my misery and there is nothin else to watch, but even then it isn't all that entertaining.

I think that Gundam Seed has been getting better because they now have like an army of gundams and Kira and Artherine teamed up on one of the episodes, and they've been doing more fighting than talking. I didn't like it at first either.

I agree with that. GS really just annoys me sometimes as well, because, from what i have seen the main character has a bunch of girls that like him(a lot). Heero sorta does, but at least the other girls that like Heero aren't obsessed with him..^_^; Yeah, Im horrible at explaining things.. (btw, i havent seen that much of GS, but enough to know that it looks like a bunch of girls like him)

GS does have some awesome looking gundams, which is one of the only reasons I watch it. The series does have some awesome art. Although GW has a great storyline and characters.

It does not matter the eps Wing has more U.S. Fans and Japan has more Seed because they forgot about Wing. Check any Database on 1995 Anime and you'll see Wing Was at the top.

Why is it that Seed is taking the core MS Gundam? Gundam Wing did its own thing totally independent from the UC Time line seed on the other hand is sraying towards UC.

Strider i didn't mean to insult UC cause i watch and admire some UC shows. I meant that seed was copying UC like their imation Zaku's. I meant that Wing did not use special powers unlike Seed where the coordinator's are way stronger than Newtypes. Wing the only thing out of the ordianry to help them pilot was the Zero System.

I know but watch yourself when talking about stuff. You have to remember that Newtypes did not ask for their powers, Coordinators did. Newtypes were the next step in human evolution, Coordinator's aren't. They are genetically modified human beings. Remember these things people. Also if you want to get technical Kuwabara the Zero System also bestows some "extraordinary" powers upon its pilots making them just like Coordinators so you can't say everyone in GW was ordinary.

They were outside of the Zero system. While coordinators where "freaks" in and out of their suits. They ask for their genetic splicing yet kira feels bad when his friends stereotype against him. I don't quite understand why.

Doesn't matter, they still have the "extraordinary" abilities inside the suit where if you didn't notice most of the Gundam shows take place from, in combat. So thinking this isn't exactly a matter of piloting skill when all you can do is jump in a suit and be given the ability to predict enemy movements and such. Thats basically all Coordinators are able to do just without the help of a machine to do it for them.

As for Kira feeling bad, wouldn't you. Kira never asked to be a Coordinator. His parents made the choice for him (his parents were naturals if you happened to watch any of it). Thats why when his friends sterotype him he feels bad. He didn't ask to be Genetically Modified nor did he ask to be thrown into the grips of a war where the main reason to fight is because the enemy just happens to be like him. This is why Kira debates his reason for fighting and doesn't want to do it. He has no reason to kill those just like him because he's told. The only reason he fights is to protect the people he loves and they just happen to be onboard an Earth ship yet he fights his best friend, who just happens to be on the wrong side. Now don't tell me that those wouldn't make you think twice about fighting and about what you are cause if you did you'd be lieing.

So Zaft is the coordinator faction. WOW! guess i should have paid more attention to seed instead of falling asleep after 10mins. Maybe i should rewatch it then talk smack. So the whole war revolves arounf the coordinators. YOu see how little i knew about seed but yet watched everyweek.

Kira and Athrun in episode 37-50 of seed will become the best gundam duo with Freedom and Justice ........... Kira Feels Bad not only because of that, it is also because of his PAst.......... He was an Experiment...... He is the so-called ultimate coordinator... His Sister.........Cagalli is a natural........ He was taken out of his mother's womb.... and was experimented with......................and eventually, Lacus will help him ease his mind over that sorrow......... decisively changing kira's Ideals. In Destiny, He is currently the Leader of The Archangel Faction, hoping to stop the re-errupting conflict.......... He, like Kenshin Himura.........has a no kill policy........... and I feel sorry that Freedom 2 is actually called NU-Freedom (Nu-Gundam)[Nu is from............... And he is now a successful Experiment I Heard, He now has Newtype powers......... because in ep. 12 of Destiny, He seems to Have sensed something happening to shinn, and if it was somehow explained of how Rau Le Kluuze Sensed Kira Coming, and Kira Sensing that the archangel was in deep shit at the hands of providence........

So what happens to the other gundams? Seed in my opinion is not as appealing as wing. Seed story just keeps making confusing twist to show off the power of coordinators.

Children settle down. Good lord this fighting is pointless. As I've said multiple times you all have your opinions and its good to voice them but do not go to the point of starting a fight.

If you want the opinion of a true Gundam fan both SEED and Wing were more engrossed with overpowering the suits to the point that only something of their power could destroy them. Don't believe me, well pay closer attention the next time you watch them. In Wing the only thing that can destroy or damage a Gundam is another Gundam, one of the Tallgeese series, a Virgo (be it I or II), or the Mercerius/Vayete (don't mind the spelling). Same in SEED. About the only suits that could damage a Gundam was another Gundam. Now don't tell me that thats not true cause you know it is.

Now if you look at the predecessors before that series (I'm talking UC my friends, yes the great timeline of Universal Century) these suits were more realistic. They could in fact be damaged by anything that attacked them be it a tank, core fighter, normal GM/Zaku, to mobile armors. You see the only thing a Gundam had going for it was the increased armor strength (same goes for AU series but the ones in Wing and SEED were more overly powered then they should have been) and its ability to implement beam weapons into its arsenal (due to increased Powerplant capacity, which normal MS's were given later in different series).

Now get over your power trips and I do mean both of you. Your fanboyism is going to both of your heads and its getting annoying. Just state your opinion and get it over with. If someone goes against it let them unless they blatantly insult you then use information that has been proven and use it to back your opinion. God people like you two really get on my nerves.
