I guess that I"ll post this for later referance for the newer members.
(you can sticky this if you want)

1) Press the Profile button, it should be one of the ones at the top, under the big Ancient Clan text.

2) It should open up on a new page with a bunch of text fields(places to put text in)

Or

It might ask you to sign in again.

3) Scroll down a bit until you find a large text field, and it says:
Signature:
This is a block of text that can be added to posts you make. There is a 255 character limit

4) In that Text field is where to inter your signature. You can enter anything (appropriate) you want to be in your signature here.

In order to put a picture into your sig.

You have to type the img tags, which are: [img][/img]

Inbetween the tags you need to put the URL (internet address) of the picture.

It should look something like this now:

[img]url[/img]

If you have a picture on your computer thats not on the net, and you want it in your signature, you need to upload it.

If the picture you want IS on the net but you dont know the url. Right-click on the image with your mouse cursor and go to Properties.

It should list the "Address (URL):" you select that with your mouse and copy it. Then paste it between the [img][/img] tags.

Note: the URL for a picture usually ends with .gif or .jpg ( .jpeg )

5) Once your signature is done and you like it, double check it to make sure that the tags are correct: [img]URL[/img]. Then scroll down and press the Submit button.

If it"s on Geocities or any other free account, they don"t support off-site linking, meaning that to see the pic you cant just click the URL, it has to be pasted into a new browser window to load. If you have nowhere to host it, PM one of the admin team nicely and they may host it on AC for you.
