Kohaku, Warakia, and Arcueid from Shingetsutan Tsukihime. Kohaku is going as a witch, while Warakia and Arcueid are (not surprisingly) going as frightening vampires. Arc, as you see, has taken her costume to the next level by adding a burning pumpkin.
